Before this, George worked FIFO himself — so he knows exactly what it's like to be away on site, out of the loop, and trying to make big financial decisions between swings. He studied Construction Management and Economics at university, which means he understands both the building process and the numbers behind it.

No — it costs you nothing. George is paid a commission by the builder at settlement, so his service is completely free to you. You don't pay more for your home either. The price you'd pay going direct to a builder is the same price George gets you — except with George, you've got someone in your corner checking contracts, comparing builders, and making sure you don't miss any grants along the way.

How long does the whole process take?+

From your first chat to moving in is typically 12 to 18 months. This includes finding land, selecting a builder, getting finance approved, and the build itself. George manages every step so nothing stalls.

Which suburbs do you cover?+

George works across all of Perth's growth corridors — including Baldivis, Byford, Whitby, Two Rocks, Alkimos, Brabham, Ellenbrook, and more. He finds the right suburb based on your lifestyle, budget, and goals — not just what's available.

What's the minimum deposit I need?+

With the Federal Government's 5% Home Guarantee Scheme, you may only need around $26,000 to $32,500 depending on your situation and income. George will work out your exact number in your first free chat.
